Terms of Service
Effective date: May 22, 2026
Quito-2026 Listening is an internal web dashboard for public social listening, viral content discovery, ad swipe review, and creative strategy research related to Quito, Ecuador civic and election conversations. By accessing or using this application, you agree to these Terms.
Authorized Use
This application is intended for authorized campaign research, communications, and strategy personnel only. Users may use the system to review public content, public metadata, manually imported links, approved provider exports, and internal analysis generated from that data.
Platform Compliance
Users must follow all applicable platform terms, developer policies, API rules, privacy laws, election laws, and advertising rules. The application is designed to use official APIs, permitted data providers, manual imports, CSV imports, and user-provided data. It must not be used for private group scraping, fake login scraping, CAPTCHA bypass, account hijacking, credential misuse, or unauthorized access.
TikTok Integration
If TikTok Research API access is enabled, the application uses approved server-side credentials to request short-lived client access tokens and query permitted public Research API data. The application does not log in TikTok users, post to TikTok, send direct messages, or access private TikTok account data.
Research and Analysis
The system may classify public narratives, summarize public content, score virality or relevance, and generate internal recommendations. These outputs are strategic research aids and should be reviewed by humans before publication, response, advertising, or public use.
Prohibited Conduct
Users may not use this application to:
- Collect or attempt to collect private, nonpublic, or unauthorized data.
- Bypass platform restrictions, security controls, rate limits, or access controls.
- Harass, target, threaten, or unlawfully profile individuals.
- Create, distribute, or amplify misinformation, defamatory claims, or manipulated evidence.
- Share API keys, access tokens, credentials, or confidential campaign data with unauthorized parties.
Third-Party Services
The application may connect to services such as Supabase, Vercel, OpenAI, YouTube, TikTok, Meta, X, Google, and approved listening providers. Use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies.
No Warranty
The application is provided for internal research and strategy support. Data availability, platform access, metrics, comments, and API responses may change or be limited by third-party providers. The application is provided without warranties of completeness, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
Changes
These Terms may be updated as the application, integrations, or compliance requirements change. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
